Chris ReinmillerPresident
Chris is the President of Superior Pipeline Services and Superior Hydrovac where he is responsible for driving the overall strategic direction and operational performance of the company. With a visionary leadership style, he oversees the execution of key initiatives aimed at driving growth, innovation, and organizational excellence. Chris works closely with the executive team to ensure alignment with the company’s mission and vision while fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
With more than 16 years of experience in the utility construction services sector, Chris has a proven track record of scaling businesses, leading mergers/acquisitions, expanding into new markets. Prior to joining SPS he has executive roles at InfrastruX Group, and PrimeLine Utility Services. Chris holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and Masters in Business Administration.

Cory KelseyVP of Operations
Cory Kelsey serves as the Vice President of Operations at Superior Pipeline Services, overseeing the company’s daily operations, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement across departments. With a focus on optimizing business processes, Cory leads strategic initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance productivity, all while maintaining a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.
Cory has been with SPS for 20 years as one of the first employees when the company was founded. Cory has successfully led cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions and drive growth. Cory will receive his master’s in business administration from Texas Christian University in the Spring 2025.

Jon KellyVP of Operations
Jon Kelley joined the Superior Pipeline Services team as Vice President of Operations in August 2023. He is a seasoned professional in the utility industry, boasting 29 years of experience that has culminated in a series of high-level executive roles over the past decade.
Previously, as the Senior Vice President of Primoris Services Company, he played a pivotal role in the expansion of their Gas Distribution footprint.
Jon’s expertise lies in driving growth while upholding the highest standards of safety and operational excellence—a testament to his understanding of the intricate balance between operational expansion and risk management. Jon has brought his experience to Superior Pipeline Services, where he continues to leverage his strengths in steering the company towards new horizons while ensuring that as the company scales, it does so with a steadfast focus on the well-being of its employees and the sustainability of its operations.
Jon’s academic background in Political Science, which he pursued at Lamar University from 1992 to 1995, has provided him with a solid foundation in analytical thinking and complex problem-solving, which have served him well in the dynamic landscape of the utility sector.

Amy EatonController
Amy Eaton joined Superior Pipeline Services (SPS) in 2022. She is an accounting professional with experience spanning financial analyses, reconciliations, reporting, and ensuring financial and regulatory compliance.
Amy had previously been the Controller of Fort Worth Transportation Authority (Trinity Metro) and Texas Refinery Corp and has held senior-level roles at the medical software companies Visualizations and Final Support.
As the company’s financial controller, Amy leads the SPS Accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements, overseeing day-to-day financial operations, and managing all finance and accounting operations.
Amy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and Associate of Arts and Science degree in Computer Network Technology from Southeast Arkansas College. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.

James BroganSafety Manager
James Brogan joined SPS as the Safety Director in the 2nd Quarter 2021. He brings with him extensive experience in Behavioral Based Safety Program through the Dupont Standards as well as the OSHA Guidelines.
James Brogan is a former Safety, Health and Environmental Specialist of Drilling and Pipeline operations for Exxon Mobil, XTO Energy and Chesapeake Energy and has held senior-level roles within these organizations.
Throughout his career, James has focused on helping companies improve their Safety Portfolio through successful Total Employee Experience to help communicate the importance of Safety within an organization. Tactical planning to get the most safety out of an individual without corrupting the operational side of business management.
James received his Safeland Training Certificate through Veriforce to be able to train on the pipeline division as well as Onshore and Offshore for Oil and Gas Exploration and Production. Also received his OSHA 30, OSHA 10, Smith Driving Instructor as well as the OSHA 501 to continue to communicate the importance of the dangers within the General Industry and Construction.

Michael WeeksDirector of Fleet
Michael Weeks joined Superior Pipeline Services in 2024 and is an experienced Fleet Director with 20+ years’ experience in the Utility Industry. Michael brings a wealth of knowledge in fleet management, logistics, tooling, and operational efficiency. He has a strong background in overseeing large-scale fleets experiencing fast paced growth opportunities. Michael ensures seamless operations by implementing strategic maintenance programs, optimizing asset utilization, and upholding FMSCA standards. His leadership and expertise contribute to the company’s commitment to reliability and excellence in the pipeline industry. Passionate about innovation and efficiency, Michael continuously seeks ways to enhance fleet performance and cost-effectiveness while maintaining safety and compliance within the industry regulations.

Francesca GroppeDirector of HR
Francesca Groppe joined Superior Pipeline Services as the Director of Human Resources in April 2023. She brings with her a vast knowledge of all aspects of human resources including but not limited to employee relations, employment law, benefits and compensation analysis and organizational development.
Francesca has held a senior level HR position in the construction and oil and gas industry for over 10 years including GCS, Vista Proppants and Logistics (Vista Sand) and SSC Services.
Over the last 10 years, Francesca has developed and restructured multiple HR department’s processes and procedures, training and development programs, company policies pay structures as well as reducing onboarding cost per new hire and turnover rates.
In 2010, Francesca graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Development and a minor in Business Management from Texas A&M University. In 2013, she graduated summa cum laude with a Master of Science in Human Resources Development.
